TERMS & CONDITIONS
01. Reservations
– TOURS / TRANFERS reservations made through our website are always processed using local time (Time Zone – LIS / LONDON).
– We only accept online reservations up to 24 hours before the desired date for the TOURS / TRANFERS.
– For last minute TOURS/TRANFERS reservations, please contact us directly by phone.
– If it is necessary to prove that it was the customer who booked the TOURS / TRANFERS, the reference mentioned in the confirmation response will be requested.
– When a reservation is made by telephone, the terms and conditions are the same and the customer must accept them.
– If the reservation includes two or more people, the person purchasing the reservation is responsible for all others and accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of the other passengers.
02 – Start of service (Pick-Up Point)
- The start of the Tour or Transfer must be communicated at the time of online booking.
- The start of the Tour or Transfer can be at https://maps.app.goo.gl/N7RijXnf2dLBSzB66
- The start of the Tour or Transfer can be at the Hotel or at Air BNB, the price will be included as long as it is in the historic center of Lisbon in the case of TUK-TUK.
- The start of the Tour or Transfer can be at the Hotel, the price will be included as long as it is in the historic center of Lisbon, Oeiras or Cascais in the case of SUV / VAN.
- If the Pick-Up Point is located outside neighboring areas, an extra amount will be charged according to the current price list.
03.Payments
– Payments must always be made before the vehicle leaves.
– You can use our online payment system or pay the driver directly.
- Payments made to the driver can be made in cash or by credit card in euros (€).
– Your TOURS/TRANFERS receipt is given to you by the driver.
04. Luggage
– Two bags are allowed per person including a golf bag.
– Any extra or special baggage must be declared at the time of booking. If you make your reservation online, please fill in the “notes” field on the reservation request form.
05.Insurance and Guarantees
– Our company is assured that all insurance requests comply with Portuguese law, through the company Allianz Seguros.
– Passengers and their luggage are fully insured.
– If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver passengers to their intended destination, we will provide replacement transportation (private car, train, taxi or TVDE).
– Any reimbursement for the costs of alternative transport to take you to your intended destination must not be more than the cost charged for a taxi.
– We are not responsible for delays, before or during the TOURS/TRANFERS, caused by external reasons (e.g. weather and traffic).
